Product details
E82ZAFAC Application I/O Module for Lenze 8200 vector Drives
E82ZAFAC is a basic application I/O function module from the Lenze 8200 vector series. It plugs into the FIF slot of 8200 vector and 8200 motec drives. With it, you add more I/O for complex jobs. Screw terminals make wiring quick and firm. This module carries no fieldbus protocol. A separate bus module handles that. Ask us for stock: sales@powergearx.com or +86 18030005825.

Expert Review
This card is a small part with a big job. Old 8200 drives often need extra I/O. The E82ZAFAC adds analog and digital points in one slot. Two inputs can read pulses up to 100 kHz. That helps with speed feedback. The relay output suits simple alarm logic. Wiring is easy, thanks to screw clamps. The card takes power from the drive bus. So there is no extra supply to plan. My tip: draw your I/O list first. Then check you need no bus link on this card. Need a quote? Call +86 18030005825.
Manager’s Insight
Demand for 8200 spares holds firm. Plants repair, not replace. This module sells well as a spare. Stock moves fast in shutdown season. Order early. We ship in 12 to 24 hours by FedEx, UPS or DHL. Each unit has a 12-month warranty. Mail sales@powergearx.com for bulk terms.
Best Fit Devices and Applications
- Lenze 8200 vector drives that need more I/O.
- Lenze 8200 motec units with an open FIF slot.
- Machines that read pulses for speed or position.
- Panels that need one relay contact for alarms.
- Retrofit jobs where a full drive swap costs too much.
- Spare stock for service teams.
- Not for new designs; newer platforms replace it.
FAQ
- Where does this card fit?
It fits the FIF slot on 8200 vector and 8200 motec drives. Check your slot first. - Can it talk on a fieldbus?
No. It carries no protocol. Add a separate bus module for that job. - How do the analog inputs scale?
They take plus/minus 10 V or 0/4 to 20 mA. Resolution is 10-bit. - What can the fast inputs do?
Two digital inputs read pulses up to 100 kHz. Good for speed feedback. - What wire fits the clamps?
1.5 mm squared (AWG 16), rigid or flexible, no ferrules. - From field experience, what trips people up?
They forget the relay is one channel only. Plan alarm logic around that limit. - What should I check before buying?
Drive model, slot type, I/O count and wire size. Then confirm stock with us. - What cover do I get?
A 12-month warranty. Goods leave in 12 to 24 hours via FedEx, UPS or DHL. - Why buy a legacy card?
It keeps a working drive alive. That often beats a full swap in cost and downtime.
Buying Guide
- List the analog and digital points you need.
- Check the drive label and the FIF slot.
- Decide if you need pulse inputs.
- Skip this card if you need fieldbus; pick a bus module.
- Order one spare for critical lines.
- Send your list to sales@powergearx.com for a fast quote.
