Select 1.5m when your proximitor is close to the probe. This reduces excess cable clutter. It is a cleaner installation for compact panels.

The 1.3 inch (33mm) case fits shallow mounting holes. Use it where space behind the mounting surface is limited. Common in retrofit applications.
Is the probe resistance different for 1.5m cable?
Yes. The 1.5m cable has 7.73 Ω resistance. A 2.0m cable is 7.88 Ω. The system calibration accounts for this difference.
