Why is the case only 40mm long on this model?
The 040 (40mm) case is very short. It is designed for applications with very limited installation depth. This is common in tight bearing housings.
The product note says “for use with the five meter Proximitor Sensor only”. Why?
The 5-meter cable length is specially matched. It works with monitors designed for long cable runs. Using it with a standard monitor may cause inaccurate readings.
What is the connector protector (suffix -11)?
The “-11” suffix adds a protective shell over the ClickLoc connector. It guards against physical damage and dust during handling and installation.
How do I know if I need a 1m, 5m, or 9m cable probe?
Check your monitor’s specifications. The distance from the probe to the monitor decides the cable length. For long runs, choose this 330709-000-040-50-11-00 with 5m cable.
