• What is the difference between suffix 04 and 06?Suffix 04 gives a 10″ independent-mount display with wide temp range and ATEX. Suffix 06 gives a larger 15″ panel-mount display with higher brightness but 0°C minimum temp.
• Can I use the 15″ display in cold environments?The 15″ Advantech screen requires temperatures above 0°C (32°F). Below that, you must use a heated enclosure.
• Does the 15″ display have hazardous area approvals?Yes, it is Class I, Div 2 approved. However it is not ATEX certified. For ATEX choose the 10″ display (suffix 04).
• What voltage does the 15″ display need?It accepts 12-24 Vdc (24 Vdc nominal). Inrush current is 2.62 A for <500 µs. Operating current is below 500 mA.
• Is the KVM extender required for operation?No. Suffix 00 means no KVM cables are included. The display works standalone with the 3500 monitoring system.

• Choose suffix 06 for a large 15″ panel-mount display in control rooms (0°C to 60°C).
• If you need wide temperature range or ATEX, select suffix 04 (10″ display).
